Job description
As a payroll officer you are responsible for the following tasks:
->Payroll
You will be responsible for the administrative processing of all information that concern the payment of wages and salaries such as sick leave, holidays…; entering data in payroll system; follow up of the good processing by social secretary; SPOC for our social secretary…
You will be responsible for the payroll process from A-Z.
->Holiday Management
Answering all types of questions regarding different types of absences and holidays; as well as the follow up of the different documents related to those absences.
->Management of all employee data
You will be responsible for keeping up todate our employees’ database
->Management of new comers and leavers
You will be responsible for the proper communication regarding comp. & ben. processes towards newcomers and leavers, as well as for onboarding documents and leaver documents
->Extra legal advantages
Possibility to manage some of our extralegal benefits such as the hospitality insurance, group insurance or mobility package
->Skills and Experience
· You are fluent in French and/or Dutch, good knowledge of English
· You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and minimum 4 years of experience
· You have knowledge on social law
· You work accurately,precisely and you are well organized
· You are flexible and client-oriented
